RETURN POLICY

In the case of credit card payment or any other electronic payment methods

The paid amount will be returned only by one of the following methods:

  • Refund and exchange can be made 15 days from the receipt date
  • We cannot Refund or Exchange damaged items or has a perfumery smell, products must be returned as purchased.
  • Tamara orders can‘t be returned/exchanged at stores.
  • On gift with purchase promotions, the gift should be returned along with the purchased items in the case of Refund or Exchange.

In the case of credit card payment or any other electronic payment methods

The paid amount will be returned only by one of the following methods:

  • Refund the amount to your bank account after deducting 25 riyals for return service, the refund duration depends on your bank.
  • Replacing the paid amount with a voucher from Blueage website (after deducting 25 SAR for KSA orders and 80 SAR for other countries' orders) for courier services.

In case of orders paid in cash

  • Refund the amount to your bank account after deducting 25 riyals for return service, the refund duration depends on your bank.
  • Replacing the paid amount with a voucher from RINA website (after deducting 25 SAR and 80 SAR for other countries' orders) for courier services.
  • The refunded amount will be transferred to your account immediately upon receiving the products after deducting 25 riyals for return service, we are not responsible for any delay in retrieving the products from the courier.
  • In case that customer received a damaged product, the customer has the right to refund the full amount without deducting any fees.
  • We apologize for the refund of any product purchased from our stores through the website, the return is only through one of our stores in the Kingdom.
  • Make sure to make your returns within the given period as mentioned above, and don’t forget to include the original receipt along all accessories and promotional gifts included within the product.

We do not accept return/exchanges, for:

  • Products that have been used, modified, assembled or combined unless defected.
  • Furniture, accessories, swimwear items, personal care products, baby products, pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, underwear, and bath robes removed of box or label.
